2. Before starting, check that the organization of each component of the CNC lathe is intact and that each key can be automatically calibrated. Before starting, the operator shall feed oil to relevant positions according to the requirements of the operation manual of the wire rail CNC lathe, and check the oil level gauge and residual oil.
3. Do not place obstacles around the CNC lathe, and the working space should be large enough.
4. Turn off the power supply of the CNC lathe before replacing the fuse, and do not touch the motor, transformer, controller and other places with DC high-voltage power supply.
5. Generally, it is not allowed for two people to actually operate the CNC lathe together. However, if two or more people must work together on a certain task, they should pay attention to coordinate their posture.
6. Before actual operation, understand the operation instructions of the CNC lathe. The starting and standby order of the machining center must be in accordance with the requirements of the instructions for the use of the CNC lathe.
7. The safety door must be closed before the spindle bearing is gradually drilled, and it is prohibited to open the safety door during the normal operation of the program process.

8. After each switching power supply is connected, the actual operation of returning to the positioning point of each axis shall be carried out first, and then other operation modes shall be carried out to ensure the accuracy of the coordinates of each axis.

10. The actual operation of production and processing procedures must be carried out through strict inspection.
11. During manual tool change, pay attention to selecting the appropriate feed speed; In case of manual tool change, the cutter head shall be sufficiently spaced from the product workpiece to avoid impact.
12. During the production process, if you find an abnormal predicament, you can press and hold the "Change Direction" button to ensure the safety of yourself and the machinery and equipment.
13. It is not allowed to use air compression to clean CNC lathe, electrical control cabinet and NC module.
