High speed motorized spindle generally adopts AC motor speed regulation mode, which is the combination of spindle motor and drive motor of wire rail CNC lathe. The rotor is immediately assembled with a numerical control blade, which eliminates the transmission system stage of the middle belt pulley and gearbox. Its function is to drive the rotation of the numerical control blade (sand wheel blade) or components, and establish fast, efficient and precise machining. The high-speed motorized spindle CNC lathe must be maintained, especially the high-speed motorized spindle is a very important and vulnerable component, which needs more maintenance!
Matters needing attention in production of CNC lathe
The daily maintenance mainly involves cleaning, which seems trivial, but it plays a very important role in increasing the service life of the machine tool spindle! Servo motor is a component that is damaged every day. If you want to increase its service life, you must provide it with a better office environment according to maintenance! The routine maintenance of the servo motor should start from the following aspects!
(1) We should create the concept of cherishing CNC lathes. If this habit is formed, the key maintenance work of the machine tool spindle will be guaranteed!
(2) The operator shall use a vacuum cleaner to remove the scraps on the motor rotor end of the servo motor and the motor terminal block after daily work to prevent the scraps from depositing on the motor rotor end and the terminal block, so as to prevent the scraps from entering the rolling bearing and accelerate the damage of the high-speed bearing; Prevent the scrap from entering the terminal block, causing the motor to be short circuited and damaged.
(3) Every time when clamping and changing the NC blade, the operator must twist the spindle collet open, and cannot change the tool by inserting the NC blade immediately!
(4) The operator should form a way to clean the collet and spindle after tool unloading.
(5) It is also a habit that the operator must clean the NC blade, chuck and spindle when loading the tool! The service life of the servo motor can be greatly increased by ensuring this key point!
(6) After starting up every day, the operator must check the running state of the cooling water of the motor, check whether the centrifugal pump is working normally, check whether the cooling circulating water is polluted by dirt and microorganisms, check whether the pipeline is normal, and ensure that the cooling circulating water is in normal circulation system! It is forbidden to open the servo motor without the basis of cooling circulating water in the servo motor! Only in the case of conventional refrigeration can the servo motor be in good operating condition. If there is a dead bend in the water pipe, which causes the water to be blocked or the pipe to be blocked by dirt, the servo motor will not work normally and the actual effect of production and processing will be directly affected.
